Electro-Mechanical Assembly Specialist

Job Title: Manufacturing Technician
At Leonardo, we are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Technician to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in electro-mechanical assembly and be able to work accurately in a fast-paced production environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assemble complex electro-mechanical devices to meet product specifications.
- Follow work instructions and process specifications to ensure high-quality products.
- Identify and report any anomalies or defects.
- Execute Total Preventative Maintenance activities to maintain equipment and facilities.
- Maintain a safe working environment and adhere to health and safety protocols.
Requirements:
- Highly skilled in soldering to IPC standards.
- Ability to identify and use hand tools with high accuracy.
- Experience working in a cleanroom environment under high power microscopes.
- Strong understanding of FOD/ESD and "clean as you go" principles.
- Attention to detail and ability to self-inspect work to ensure quality.
- Ability to work from written instructions and drawings.
- Conversant in raising quality notifications.
- Coordinate and control production equipment in-line with company processes.
