Lead Role in Group Consolidation

Hiscox Ltd. is seeking an experienced professional to lead its Group Consolidation function, providing strategic direction and oversight to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting.

About the Role:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive consolidation strategy that meets IFRS requirements and supports business decision-making.
  • Manage and maintain the financial control environment, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements and company policies.
  • Collaborate with the Finance team to identify areas for improvement and implement process enhancements.
Requirements:
  • Proven expertise in financial reporting and accounting standards, including IFRS.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with experience leading cross-functional teams.
  • Effective communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with stakeholders.

The estimated salary for this role is £70,000 - £90,000 per annum.
