Job Description

The Client Service Executive - Corporate Reporting is responsible for supporting senior colleagues in managing and delivering client projects, including print and digital deliverables. This involves preparing project costs, plans, and time schedules, attending client meetings, and assisting in project turnaround.

  • Preparing project costs for approval: You will work closely with the project team to prepare detailed project costings, ensuring that all aspects of the project are accounted for.
  • Preparing project plans and time schedules: You will assist in creating project timelines and resource allocation plans, ensuring that all stakeholders are aware of their roles and responsibilities.
  • Attending client meetings with senior colleagues: As a key member of the account management team, you will attend client meetings and presentations, providing support and guidance to senior colleagues.
Required Skills and Qualifications

  • Quality awareness: You will have a keen eye for detail and be able to ensure that all aspects of the project are of high quality.
  • Strong communication and presentation skills: You will be able to effectively communicate with clients and colleagues, both verbally and in writing.
  • Sound judgement and analytical thinking: You will be able to analyse complex data and make informed decisions.
Salary

We offer a competitive salary range of £35,000 - £45,000 per annum, depending on experience.
