About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Digital Transformation Portfolio Lead to oversee a wide-ranging, council-wide portfolio of digital and transformation initiatives.

This role requires a strong background in leading complex, digitally enabled portfolios and implementing effective ways of working. The ideal candidate will have a hands-on approach to driving meaningful changes and leading high-impact projects and programs.


Our ideal candidate will be responsible for:

  • Developing and implementing strategies to drive digital transformation across the organization
  • Leveraging data and analytics to inform decision-making and drive business outcomes
  • Building and leading high-performing teams to deliver projects and programmes
  • Collaborating with stakeholders to ensure alignment and effective communication

Salary Information

The estimated salary for this role is £65,000 - £85,000 per annum, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including a generous pension scheme, life insurance, and annual leave.
