Job Title: Customer Service and Admin Team Leader

We are seeking an experienced People Manager to lead our Customer Service and Admin team in Bridlington.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for managing a team of around 15 people, providing training, coaching, and development opportunities to ensure the team's success.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Delegating workload in a busy department
  • Coordinating rota's and shifts for all team members
  • First point of contact and final decision maker for the team and their customers
  • Identifying and coordinating training and development for each member of the team
  • Creation of the annual training plan for the team to upskill and retrain where necessary
  • Coaching and mentoring team members
  • Attending senior management meetings to update the board on your team performance
  • Managing and grievances and disciplinaries or other HR issues within the team
  • Onboarding and training of new starters
  • Managing absence and sickness within the team, conducting return to work interviews
  • Managing holidays for the team, checking that there are enough people to cover any absences
Requirements:
  • Previous experience of managing a team
  • Experience of training, developing and coaching staff
  • Highly organised and able to manage a busy and demanding workload
  • Attention to detail and process driven
  • Able to build relationships and get the best out of your team
  • Experience of an admin based / customer service team
What We Offer:
  • Full time Monday to Friday 8.00 – hours back each week on a rota
