Job DescriptionAbout the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Registered Mental Health Nurse to join our team at Exemplar Health Care. As a key member of our care team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality nursing care to our residents, promoting their physical and emotional well-being, and supporting their individual needs.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assess and develop individualized care plans for residents, taking into account their medical, social, and psychological needs.
  • Deliver high-quality nursing care, including administering medications, wound care, and other treatments as prescribed.
  • Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care and support for residents.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to residents and their families, promoting a positive and respectful environment.
  • Participate in ongoing training and professional development to maintain and enhance your skills and knowledge.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • A valid nursing qualification (RNLD/RMN) and registration with the NMC.
  • Experience working in a care home or similar setting.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • A commitment to providing high-quality care and support to residents.
