Job Title: Marine Engineering Electrical Trainer

We are seeking a highly skilled Marine Engineering Electrical Trainer to join our team at First Military Recruitment Ltd.

Location: Gosport

Estimated Salary: £36,000 per annum, dependent on experience

About the Role:

The successful candidate will be responsible for instructing electrical and electronic principles training in accordance with the training plan and training standing operating procedures.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Instruct electrical & electronic principles training in accordance with the training plan and training standing operating procedures.
  • Assess student coursework and provide feedback on performance.
  • Be responsible for the duty of care of trainees during the delivery of training.

Requirements:

  • Strong knowledge of electrical and electronic principles.
  • Ability to assess student performance and provide constructive feedback.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
