Kingsley Consulting has partnered with a leading Roofing & Waterproofing Manufacturer to appoint a Technical Sales Manager for their Flat Roofing Product Range. Our Client is a renowned company in the Roofing Materials and Systems sector, operating globally and offering a unique opportunity for career growth in the UK Roofing Sector.

Key Responsibilities:

* Develop a sales pipeline for specification sales, working closely with specifiers such as Surveyors, Local Authorities, Building Owners, and Architects.
* Build relationships with Roofing Contractors to introduce product capabilities and collaborate on future project activity.
* Maintain a positive and proactive level of communication with the existing contractor network, including regular meetings, to foster mutual trust and understanding.

Experience & Skills Required:

* A technically focused background, ideally in Construction Products (Roofing, Building Envelope, etc.).
* Specification Sales experience or a strong understanding of this sales process.
* Experience in a sales construction-related environment or similar, where relationship management is crucial.
* Experience in maintaining and developing customer and contractor relationships.

This is a permanent position, working 40 hours a week, Monday to Friday, with the opportunity to work from home and cover the Cambridgeshire & East Anglia Regions.
