Job Type: Temporary, 3/4 Days

Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled and reliable Slinger for a short-term assignment. The successful candidate will be required for 3 to 4 days. The role involves assisting with the collection and delivery of concrete panels.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with loading concrete panels onto our HIAB at the site in Paddington
  • Ensure the load is double wrapped and choked with edge protectors
  • Oversee the delivery of concrete panels to another site in Farnborough
  • Follow all safety guidelines and regulations

Requirements:

  • Valid Blue CPCS Slinger Ticket
  • Previous experience as a Slinger
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Good communication skills
  • Punctuality and reliability

Rate Explanation:

CIS/UTR Rate (£19.00 per hour): This rate is for workers who are registered under the Construction Industry Scheme (CIS) and have a Unique Taxpayer Reference (UTR) number. Under CIS, tax is deducted at source by the contractor and paid directly to HMRC. This means that the worker receives their pay after tax deductions.

Admin Fee:

Our payroll takes a £20.00 admin fee per week from your wages.
