CBW Staffing Solutions is seeking a skilled and dedicated Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer to join our team. This role offers an exciting opportunity to contribute to the smooth operation of a prestigious commercial facility in London.

As an Electrical Shift Maintenance Engineer, you will play a vital role in ensuring the reliable functioning of various building systems. Your responsibilities will encompass electrical and mechanical maintenance tasks across a range of equipment, including lighting, emergency lighting, air conditioning units, chillers, water treatment systems, pumps, motors, BMS systems, and UPS systems.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on electrical and mechanical equipment.
  • Diagnose and troubleshoot faults in building systems.
  • Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Maintain accurate records of work performed.
  • Collaborate effectively with other engineers and technicians.

Qualifications:

  • Level 3 Electrical qualification (C&G, NVQ, etc.)
  • 18th Edition Wiring Regulations
  • Experience working in a critical environment
  • Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
