Key Responsibilities- Strategic Initiatives: Lead and take ownership for the delivery of strategic initiatives, working closely with the Head of Treasury and a small team of Treasury professionals.
- Group Treasury Function: Grow the Group Treasury's capabilities to enable it to effectively service the group's Treasury requirements in an efficient and robust manner.
- Debt Facilities: Manage debt funding facilities in line with legal parameters, ensuring compliance and optimal utilization.
- Liquidity Management: Oversee short-term and medium-term liquidity management, ensuring adequate cash flows and minimizing risk.
- Market Risk Management: Develop and implement effective market risk management strategies, including forecasting, hedging, and reporting.
- Group Investment Portfolio: Manage the group's investment portfolio, ensuring alignment with business objectives and optimal returns.
- Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including banks, advisors, and external legal counsel.
- Treasury Policies and Procedures: Evolve and maintain Treasury policies, standards, structures, procedures, and controls, ensuring compliance and best practices.
- Strong Technical and Commercial Treasury Experience: A minimum of 5 years of experience in a senior Treasury role, with a strong understanding of Treasury and finance principles.
- Leadership and Stakeholder Management: Proven ability to lead and manage teams, as well as effectively communicate with senior stakeholders on complex technical topics.
- Business Acumen: Strong business acumen, with the ability to analyze complex financial data and make informed decisions.
- Strategic Thinking: Ability to think strategically, with a focus on driving business growth and improving financial performance.
