Job Description:
We are seeking a compassionate and dedicated individual to provide high-quality 24-hour care to a couple in central London. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering personalized care plans and health goals, enabling clients to live life to the fullest in their own homes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage the client's medical condition, meals, hygiene, and ensure their safety at all times.
- Deliver personalized care plans and health goals, enabling clients to live life to the fullest.
- Provide companionship and supportive listening, preparing meals, and responding to emergency situations.
- Prompt and administer medication, accompany and transport patients to appointments and/or social events.
- Facilitate community and recreational outings, providing support with hobbies, studies, and social activities.
What We Offer:
As a Live In Carer with Home Instead, you will be provided with an allowance from the client, a separate room to stay, and access to a TV and WiFi. We also offer comprehensive training and support.
