Job Description:

This full-time position involves providing high-level administrative support to our Managing Director. You will be responsible for developing and maintaining commercial partnerships, managing communication, and overseeing administrative tasks.

Responsibilities:
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients and stakeholders;
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and manage schedules;
  • Prepare reports, presentations, and other documents as required;
  • Provide exceptional customer service and support to internal and external customers;
Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field;
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role;
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment;
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Apple software;
Compensation:

The estimated salary for this position is £40,000 - £50,000 per annum, depending on experience.
