About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Supply Planner to join our Allocations Product Supply Chain team on a 12-month fixed-term contract. As a Supply Planner, you will play a critical role in achieving and maximizing company product availability targets through careful planning and collaboration with internal stakeholders.

Main Responsibilities

  • Organize and process general, seasonal, and promotional allocations using Excel to an advanced level.
  • Accurately process and manipulate large data sets.
  • Ensure key issues are communicated to internal stakeholders and support with resolution.
  • Plan and execute allocations accurately and on time.
  • Provide Service Level Updates through Excel to the wider business.
  • Respond to customer service team queries within SLA and quality, identifying trends and implementing solutions to deliver improved retailer service.
  • Support seasonal events, promotions, and activities.
  • Work in partnership with internal stakeholder teams to ensure trading activities align with supply chain goals and vice versa.
  • Measure the costs and benefits associated with your work.

You Will Need

  • Advanced knowledge of MS Excel is essential.
  • All experience considered.
  • Ability to accurately process large volumes of data.
  • Great attention to detail.
  • Enjoy working with data.
  • Excellent organization skills.
  • Excellent time management skills.
  • Work independently with a proactive approach to tasks and be able to think outside the box when it comes to problem-solving.
  • Good communication skills.
  • The aptitude to learn new technical skills quickly.
