Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Grounds Maintenance Specialist to join our team at Citizen Housing Group. As a member of our grounds maintenance team, you will be responsible for maintaining our estates in Birmingham and surrounding areas.

Responsibilities:

  • Grass cutting and collection
  • Removal and disposal of green waste
  • Shrub maintenance, pruning and planting
  • Litter picking
  • Maintenance of hard standing areas

Requirements:

  • General knowledge of grounds maintenance
  • Ability to undertake physical activities including lifting of heavy items and working to a high standard
  • Basic Health and Safety knowledge in gardening including the use of chemicals and equipment
  • Current driving licence
  • Banksman training

Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
