This consultancy is seeking a highly skilled Principal Civil Engineer to join their Nottingham office. As a key member of the Civils Team, you will have the opportunity to grow and develop your career in a dynamic and exciting environment.

With a strong track record of delivering projects across various sectors, including Residential, this consultancy offers a unique chance to work on a range of challenging and imaginative projects. As a Principal Civil Engineer, you will be responsible for leading your own projects, working closely with clients, and developing a Civils team alongside the Regional Director.

What you need to succeed:

  • UK design consultancy experience across a range of sectors - notably Residential
  • Sound client liaison experience and being commercially aware
  • Experience with Section Agreements 278, 38, 185, and 104
  • Fully conversant in the use of software such as AutoCAD, Civil3D, WinDes, or their equivalents
  • Hands-on approach, with a desire to remain engaged in design and project delivery
  • Willingness to grow a Civils team alongside the Regional Director - helping line manage/mentor colleagues
  • Good organisation, communication, and presentation skills
  • You will have 10+ years' experience in the industry and have an aspiration to start a new and exciting chapter in your career
