We are seeking an experienced IT Technician to join our team at Nextech Group Limited. As an IT Technician, you will play a crucial role in delivering high-quality technical support to our clients.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide 1st and 2nd line technical support to clients on-site and remotely.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues across on-premises and cloud infrastructure.
  • Assist with the installation, configuration, and maintenance of hardware and software.
  • Monitor system performance, manage backups, and perform regular maintenance tasks.
  • Maintain documentation for processes, configurations, and troubleshooting steps.
  • Collaborate with the wider IT team to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Provide guidance and training to clients, where necessary.

Requirements:
  • 2+ years of IT support experience in a managed services or similar environment.
  • Technical knowledge of Windows, macOS, and Linux operating systems.
  • Experience with cloud solutions, particularly Microsoft 365, Azure, and/or AWS.
  • Familiarity with network configuration, virtualisation, and backup solutions.
  • Strong troubleshooting and communication skills.
