Multi-Trade Operative Job Description

Sanctuary Property Services is seeking a skilled Multi-Trade Operative to join our team in Plymouth and Cornwall, covering the South West region. As a Multi-Trade Operative, you will be responsible for carrying out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in line with contract specifications.

Key Responsibilities:
  1. Carry out construction, fault fixing, and maintenance duties in domestic properties, including bricklaying, plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance.
  2. Respond to complaints and breakdowns in service delivery, resolving problems or setting in motion the means of resolution, ensuring customers are kept informed.
  3. Ensure full compliance with Building Safety legislation, holding a qualified NVQ Level 2 in a core subject (carpentry, electrical) or undertaking NVQ Level 2 in a core subject.
