Job Summary: We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Retail Stocktaking Team Leader to join our team. As a Retail Stocktaking Team Leader, you will be responsible for managing teams of up to 60 stock counters, delivering the end-to-end stock taking service while on our client's sites.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage teams of up to 60 stock counters to deliver the end-to-end stock taking service
  • Ensure correct procedures and processes are followed
  • Deliver exceptional customer service standards on all sites
  • Complete stock counts accurately and within the given time frame
  • Monitor and improve team productivity

Requirements:

  • A Full Driving License
  • Outstanding customer service skills
  • The ability to communicate effectively with all levels of personnel
  • Basic IT skills
  • The ability to remain focused when under pressure
  • Manage time effectively and work without immediate supervision
  • Willingness and ability to travel

Working Conditions:

The role will involve working unsociable hours, including early mornings and night shifts. You will be required to travel to different client sites each day and may occasionally be expected to stay away from home.
