Cultural Education Network Specialist

Are you passionate about creating a more inclusive and equitable society through arts and culture?

We are seeking a Cultural Education Network Specialist to join our dynamic team at Arts Council England. As a key member of our Learning Communities team, you will play a vital role in developing and delivering our national programme of support for teachers and cultural educators.

This is an exciting opportunity to work with a talented team and make a real impact in the field of arts and culture in education. You will be responsible for collaborating with colleagues, teachers, and educators from the arts and culture sector to continually develop the Cultural Education Network.

About the Role

  • Collaborating with colleagues, teachers, and educators from the arts and culture sector
  • Developing CPD opportunities and resources for teachers and cultural educators
  • Facilitating webinars & in-person events
  • Delivering 1:1 online support sessions

Your Skills and Qualifications

To succeed in this role, you will be:

  • A creative and inquisitive individual with an appetite for building knowledge and expertise beyond your area of specialism
  • Proactive, empathetic, and collaborative, with excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Able to work effectively in a hybrid environment, balancing remote and on-site working

Benefits and Salary

We offer a competitive salary of £36,987 per annum, plus benefits including a final salary pension scheme, generous annual leave, and flexible and hybrid working arrangements.
