Media Payables Manager

Job Summary:
VisionFR Limited is seeking a highly skilled Media Payables/Media Billing Manager to join our team. As a key member of our finance department, you will be responsible for overseeing and managing the monthly AP and AR workflow cycles, including reporting requirements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and oversee the AP and AR workflow cycles, ensuring timely and accurate processing of invoices and payments.
- Develop and implement best practices for AR, AP, and treasury workflow, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Provide ongoing training and development to team members, ensuring they have the necessary skills and knowledge to perform their roles effectively.
- Establish clear understanding of role responsibilities and tasks of direct reports, ensuring effective delegation and accountability.
- Manage cash forecasting, working capital management, and reporting, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Oversee media WIP management, ensuring accurate and timely tracking of media inventory and assets.
- Conduct credit risk reviews and manage client credit limits and policies, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Approve media supplier payments and online bank payment files, ensuring accurate and timely processing.
- Oversee credit card charge management and reconciliations, ensuring accurate and timely financial information.
- Manage audit requests and deliverables related to AP, AR, and treasury functions, ensuring compliance with company policies and procedures.
- Administer system and security for trading and finance systems, bank, and credit card portals, ensuring secure and compliant operations.
Requirements:
- Good experience with ACCESS Accounting software is desirable but not essential.
- Previous management, supervision, or leadership experience.
- Working experience from AP/AR role(s) for 5 years minimum.
- Media planning and buying agency experience is essential.
- Knowledge and clear understanding of agency operational practices.
- In-depth knowledge of fundamental accounting practices.
- Degree or alternative higher education qualifications.
- Good Excel skills.
