**Creative Teaching Assistant Role**

Protocol Education is seeking dedicated teaching assistants from creative backgrounds to work in our primary schools. This role is ideal for individuals with experience in acting, drama, or musical backgrounds.

As a teaching assistant, you will work closely with students, teachers, and support staff to create an inclusive and engaging learning environment. You will be responsible for supporting students with special needs, such as autism, speech and language difficulties, and severe learning disabilities.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Engage students through interactive and creative activities
  • Support sensory integration within the classroom
  • Collaborate with teachers to assess pupils' levels and ability
  • Implement school policies and ethos
  • Liaise with parents and carers
