Job Title: Ambitious Graduate Recruitment Consultant

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly motivated and ambitious graduate to join our recruitment team as a Recruitment Consultant. As a Recruitment Consultant, you will be responsible for sourcing and qualifying candidates, pitching prospective roles to suitable candidates, and arranging and preparing candidates for interviews.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Sourcing and qualifying candidates
  • Pitching prospective roles to suitable candidates
  • Arranging and preparing candidates for interviews
  • Conducting post-placement follow-ups
  • Updating and creating CVs, cover letters, and providing other support relating to individual applications
  • Actively networking with candidates to obtain potential contacts and business leads
  • Keeping up to date with market news and events
  • Participating in business development activities to win new business

Requirements:

  • 2:1 or above degree or relevant sales experience
  • Excellent communication and organisation skills
  • A passionate, positive, motivating attitude
  • No fear attitude
  • Additional language skills such as German, French, Mandarin (not essential)
