Companionship Assistant

Cera Care is seeking a reliable and compassionate individual to join our team as a care assistant. In this rewarding role, you will have the opportunity to make a real difference in the lives of our clients, providing support and companionship in their own homes. As a key member of our care community, you will be responsible for assisting with personal care, including bathing, dressing, and medication management, as well as cooking and preparing hot meals.
To succeed in this role, you will need excellent communication skills, both written and verbal, and be able to work independently with minimal supervision. You will also require a strong ability to build trusting relationships with clients and their families. As a Cera Care employee, you can expect a competitive salary of £12.00 per hour on weekdays and £12.50 per hour on weekends. Our benefits package includes guaranteed hours, enhanced bank holiday pay, holiday pay, and a pension scheme. We also offer free DBS/PVG checks, company mobile phones, and uniforms.
