What does a Compassionate Home Care Assistant do?
- Provide compassionate care assistance to Clients in a respectful manner.
- Assist with daily activities such as meal preparation, medication reminders, and personal hygiene.
- Drive residents to appointments or outings as required, ensuring their safety and comfort.
- Collaborate with the care team to create and implement individualized care plans.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to residents' care and well-being.
- Utilise strong communication skills to engage with Clients, families, and colleagues effectively.
Qualifications
No qualifications necessary as full training will be provided.
Additional Information
As a Compassionate Home Care Assistant, you will receive industry leading training, great rates of pay and excellent support. You will need to have access to transport and live in or around the Taunton or Wellington area.
