About the Role:

  • The successful candidate will work closely with families, key partners, and other healthcare professionals to identify and address public health needs, providing a comprehensive service that enhances the health and wellbeing of children.
  • This role involves participating in multi-agency early support assessments of children and families, assuming a lead professional role where necessary, and co-managing a caseload within a team of other health visitors.
  • The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling them to work effectively with diverse groups and individuals.

Requirements:

  • RGN qualified/NMC registered with a valid live PIN
  • Recent UK nursing experience, preferably in community or district nursing
