Governance and Risk Management Professional

Spire Healthcare Ltd is seeking an experienced Governance, Quality and Risk Manager to join our team on a full-time permanent basis. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for ensuring the highest standards of governance, quality, and risk management across our hospitals and clinics.
Key Responsibilities- Monitor and coordinate investigations of adverse events occurring within our hospitals and clinics.
- Lead in clinical audit, promoting evidence-based best practices and ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Assist in the development and dissemination of patient safety-related information throughout all levels of our organization.
- Lead in the development of methods and processes to aid the management of clinical risk, ensuring a culture of safety and quality.
- Engage with colleagues across our organization in relation to policy management, promoting a culture of collaboration and excellence.
- Develop own knowledge and practice, and assist others to develop, ensuring a culture of continuous learning and improvement.
- Monitor consultant information and coordinate reports to identify trends and support the practicing privileges review process.
- Must be HCPC or NMC Registered with no restrictions.
- Have previous experience working in governance and risk management.
- Must have experience working in the private clinical sector.
- Previous experience of leading and developing teams.
- Evidence of participation in audit activities.
- Degree-level education.
- Proven track record of meeting deadlines and closing actions.
- Competent to use the full range of Microsoft Office applications and willingness to learn Spire Healthcare systems, including SAP and Datix.
