Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Academic Support Specialist, specifically a SEMH Tutor, to work with children in a 1:1 format at their homes or local area, planning resources around each child's needs, and managing behaviour management techniques.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement engaging core academic sessions tailored to individual learning levels
- Assess and track pupil progress, providing regular feedback and insights
- Build strong relationships with pupils and parents, promoting a supportive learning environment
Requirements:
- Experience working with children with SEMH and/or SEN needs
