Gymnastics Coach

About the Role:
We are seeking a skilled Gymnastics Coach to join our team at Brentford FC Community Sports Trust. As a Gymnastics Coach, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality gymnastics sessions to children and young people, promoting a safe and inclusive environment that fosters their physical and emotional development.
Main Responsibilities:
- Deliver gymnastics sessions with a focus on participant safety and well-being.
- Develop and maintain relationships with participants, teaching staff, support workers, carers, parents, and other key stakeholders.
- Keep accurate records of participant progress, risk assessments, and other relevant documentation.
- Participate in training sessions related to safeguarding and emergency response.
- Report any safeguarding concerns promptly to the designated personnel.
Requirements:
- Minimum Level 2 Gymnastics coaching qualification (any discipline).
- Safeguarding certificate.
- Emergency Aid certificate.
- Current DBS.
- Ability to work under own initiative and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Experience in planning and delivering gymnastics sessions in extracurricular environments.
