We are seeking a skilled Manufacturing Process Engineer to join our dynamic team at Expleo Engineering UK Limited. As a key member of our manufacturing engineering team, you will play a crucial role in contributing to the success of our projects.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement Standard Work Instructions (SWI) to streamline and standardize the building process, ensuring efficient and effective production.
  • Conduct detailed Process Failure Mode and Effects Analysis (PFMEA) to identify and mitigate potential risks, and collect data to enhance the PFMEA process.
  • Provide assistance on the shop floor by supporting build tasks, confirming stages, and ensuring adherence to best practices, as needed.
  • Collaborate with the production team to ensure successful project completion and contribute to the development of work content and work instructions.
