Park Holidays UK is seeking a highly skilled Maintenance Manager to join their team.

Salary: £26,669.67 per annum

About the Role:

The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the maintenance department, ensuring the good working order of all plant and equipment, and implementing a planned maintenance schedule.

Main Responsibilities:

  • To greet and communicate with customers professionally and courteously.
  • To promote the company and the park with a positive approach.
  • Carry out health & safety checks as per the park agreement.
  • Complete daily, weekly and monthly checklists as required.
  • Manage staff and workload of the department.
  • Liaise with external contractors for the completion of specific projects and ensure compliance with H & S and building regulations.
  • Ensure the good working order of all plant and equipment and plan, prepare and implement a planned maintenance schedule for all plant/equipment to keep in good working order.
  • Manage a budget for all resources within the area of responsibility and to monitor and maintain effective control.
