About The Role
We are recruiting for individuals who are passionate about delivering exceptional customer service and take pride in their work. As a Smart Meter Installation Specialist, you will be primarily responsible for responding to emergency and maintenance jobs. You may also be required to complete the safe installation and removal of smart meters (SMETS2) in domestic properties when needed. We strive to provide excellent customer service to our customers, ensuring that all jobs are completed timely and that the customers are well informed on the benefits and safe usage of their smart meter.
What We Offer
You will receive a competitive salary of £48,000 per annum, plus a range of benefits including a £1000 Safety Bonus, £1000 Attendance Bonus, and uncapped additional productivity-related bonus. You will also have access to a company van and fuel card, 22 days annual leave + 8 bank holidays, and additional year annual leave entitlement for 3rd/4th & 5th year. Our pension scheme and sick pay policies are also available to ensure your financial security.
Required Skills and Qualifications
To succeed in this role, you will need CCN1 / CMA1 / CMA3 qualifications, experience installing gas and electric smart meters, and previous MOCOPA experience to multi-rate level. Effective customer service skills and a full, current manual driving license are also essential. Additional qualifications such as REGT1 and 3 phase are desirable but not essential.
