We are seeking an experienced valuation surveyor to join our respected UK consultancy in central London. The ideal candidate will have a passion for traditional general practice principles and the ability to balance time-honored values with modern market demands.

About the Role

This opportunity offers the chance to work across Greater London and the home counties on a wide range of valuations as part of our dedicated team. As a valued member, you will be responsible for conducting valuations to Red Book standards, maintaining exceptional professionalism and accuracy.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Conduct valuations to Red Book standards across commercial properties.
  2. Develop trusted relationships with clients, providing informed advice rooted in traditional approaches.
  3. Proactively seek and convert business opportunities to enhance personal and company reputation.
  4. Prepare clear, concise reports using practical experience and modern tools.
  5. Represent the consultancy at internal and external events, upholding our distinguished reputation.
Requirements:
  1. MRICS qualified with 3-15 years of post-qualification experience.
  2. Proven expertise in commercial property valuations to Red Book standard.
  3. A genuine passion for the property sector and delivering client-centered solutions.
  4. Full UK driving license and preferably Registered Valuer status.
