About the Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Graduate Actuarial Assistant to join our team at XPS Pensions Group. As a Graduate Actuarial Assistant, you will play a key role in providing actuarial support to our clients and contributing to the development of complex actuarial models and calculations.

Key Responsibilities
  • Assist senior members of the client team in providing actuarial advice to clients
  • Contribute to the development of actuarial models and calculations
  • Communicate effectively with clients and internal stakeholders
  • Work collaboratively as part of a team to deliver high-quality results
  • Contribute to the development of new ideas and solutions
Requirements
  • Recent degree with a mathematical focus
  • A level Maths
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively in a team environment
  • Strong computer skills, particularly Microsoft Office
