Marketing and Communications Director

We are seeking a highly skilled Marketing and Communications Director to join our team at Law. As a key member of our Business Development and Marketing team, you will be responsible for developing and implementing comprehensive marketing strategies to enhance our firm's visibility and reputation.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and execute marketing campaigns to engage diverse audiences and promote our services
  • Craft and edit engaging marketing content for various channels, including social media, email, and press releases
  • Partner with Business Development Managers to generate a content pipeline for all sectors
  • Lead communications-focused marketing campaigns to maintain a strong online presence
  • Manage a communications calendar within our CRM system
  • Collaborate with the Senior Digital Marketing Executive to ensure online content is current and engaging
  • Support key campaigns alongside the Internal Communications Manager
  • Create captivating email marketing campaigns and manage mailing lists on our CRM system
  • Draft and review directory content with the Senior Business Development Executive
  • Drive proactive PR campaigns, identifying opportunities, drafting copy, and supporting lawyers in content creation
Requirements:
  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and oral, with the ability to engage at all levels
  • Strong copywriting, proofreading, and editing abilities
  • Willingness to be flexible and engage in various tasks within a busy BD and Marketing team
  • Team player with excellent communication and problem-solving skills
  • Professional communication skills for internal and external representation
  • Experienced in marketing and communications roles
  • Skilled in writing creative and engaging copy
  • Proficient in using CRM systems and email marketing platforms
  • Strong understanding of brand and tone of voice, acting as a brand champion
