Job Summary:The successful candidate will be responsible for selling mobile solutions and services to large accounts in the UK, including government and corporate clients. This role requires a strong understanding of the mobile solutions market, excellent communication and negotiation skills, and the ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
Key Responsibilities:- Develop and maintain relationships with large accounts in the UK, including government and corporate clients
- Sell mobile solutions and services to these clients, including SDS EMM, Knox platform, mobile security, and MX products
- Meet and exceed sales and profit targets in the mobile solution and MX Large Account channel
- Retain long-term customer relationships with established end-user clients and generate demand from new prospects
- Liaise between customers and company departments, including marketing and product marketing, pre-sales and service to ensure the highest levels of service for named customers
- Provide ongoing support to high value clients, implementing business strategies to achieve profitable business relationships and identifying new revenue opportunities with major accounts
- Develop and maintain strategic business relationships with major accounts to promote brand awareness and demand generation
- Manage directly commercial negotiations and contracts, ensuring correct delivery of SDS Solution, MX projects, products and customer service
- Liaise with Pre-Sales department to provide customers with technical expertise about features, demos, maintenance, and customization of product and/or solutions
- Manage sales forecasting and inventory management including stock planning and rotation
- Constantly monitor sales volumes, revenues and costs against forecasts
- Provide strategic account management for partnerships (existing and new), balancing SDS Europe's interests with partners' business needs
- Drive relationship-building at multiple levels between partners and SDS Europe
- 5-10 years of experience in B2B sales with mobile solutions (MDM, Knox, mobile security, etc) and products (smartphones, tablet, PC notebook) and services sales improvement by supporting and developing relationship with large accounts in the UK
- Preferred experience in complex sales and technical expertise/innovation (5G, mobile app security, and AI integration)
- Excellent written and oral communication skills in English
- Excellent MS Office tools
- Bachelor/Master degree preferably in economics
