Learning Assistant Level 2 plus SEN Support

We are seeking two dedicated and caring Learning Assistants to provide support for pupils with additional needs in our dynamic and ambitious school.
As a Learning Assistant, you will work closely with teachers and other support staff to tailor learning and resources to meet the needs of individual pupils. You will be responsible for creating a positive and inclusive learning environment, promoting social and emotional development, and supporting pupils to overcome barriers to learning.
The successful candidates will be part of a skilled and well-informed team of staff, working together to meet the needs of all pupils. You will be expected to think creatively and work collaboratively to develop innovative solutions to support pupils with additional needs.

Key Responsibilities- Provide individualized support to pupils with additional needs
- Work collaboratively with teachers and other support staff to develop and implement learning plans
- Support pupils to develop social and emotional skills, including self-awareness, self-regulation, and relationships
- Contribute to the development of a positive and inclusive learning environment
- Communicate effectively with pupils, parents, and colleagues to ensure seamless support

- Ability to work collaboratively as part of a team
