We are seeking a highly skilled Content Author to join our team at Pearson. As a Content Author, you will be responsible for producing high-quality assessment materials that align with our subject specifications.
Key Responsibilities- Develop assessment materials that meet the Global Content Policy and support accessibility, diversity, equality, and inclusion.
- Ensure all assessment materials are of high quality and cover the assessment criteria as set out in the applicable assessment guidelines.
- Adhere to production schedules and turnaround requests, keeping Pearson informed of your availability.
- Provide accurate sources used and ensure that Pearson can request copyright permission to use the material.
- Ensure that assessment materials meet the level of demand and are clear, fit for purpose, and error-free.
To be successful in this role, you will need:
- In-depth knowledge and understanding of the specific content area.
- Proven ability to provide and coordinate training.
- Proven track record of leading quality assurance activities.
You will also need a degree and a UK recognised teaching qualification.
