Key Responsibilities
  1. Collaborate with the Head of Race Strategy & Tyre Performance to define the department's strategic direction and plan projects around available resources.
  2. Provide engineering support for car development, focusing on future regulations and their impacts on race strategy.
  3. Develop and maintain competitor analysis tools to support the race team.
  4. Report on car and team performance to inform strategic decisions.
Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need to have a strong background in racing strategy and analysis, as well as excellent communication and collaboration skills. You will be working closely with the race team and other departments to ensure the success of the team.
