Lead .NET Developer Opportunity

We are seeking a highly skilled Lead .NET Developer to join our team at Shortlist Recruitment. As a key member of our software development squad, you will be responsible for managing a team of developers and collaborating with test and business analysis teams to deliver enterprise projects.

The successful candidate will work closely with the Software Development Manager to support the company's expansion and be responsible for designing, building, and maintaining integration services. This role is ideal for a Senior Developer looking to take the next step into a Principal or Lead role.

Key Responsibilities:
• Team performance monitoring
• Work allocation for the team
• Recruitment of new team members
• Documentation for product roadmaps
• Risk management for the software products
• Unit testing and automated integration testing
• Research and test new technologies

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a leading employer in Chester, with a salary of up to £65,000 plus great benefits. The role offers hybrid working, with 2 days in the office and 3 days remote, making it easily commutable from Liverpool, Wirral, Warrington, North Wales, and Wrexham.
