Product Introduction Specialist

Deep Sea Electronics Ltd is seeking a skilled New Product Introduction Engineer to facilitate the seamless transition of external designs to our in-house production facility. The successful candidate will review designs for production suitability, work with external entities to make improvements, and maintain consistent processes in ERP and eCAD systems.
Key Responsibilities
• Facilitate design transitions to ensure smooth production processes
• Review designs for production readiness and suitability for high-volume builds
• Work independently on new and existing designs to integrate cost-saving opportunities
• Estimate tasks and contribute to project planning activities
• Maintain BOMs in the company ERP system
Requirements
• Basic electronic component and circuit theory knowledge
• Analogue and digital Hardware design experience
• Familiarity with stage gated / agile development approaches
• Good understanding of SMT, PTH components, and PCB assembly process

Estimated Salary Range
