We are seeking a highly capable and proactive Caretaker/Maintenance person to join our team at Katherine Shields Private Staff Ltd. As a key member of our estate maintenance team, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of our large estate near Henley-on-Thames.
Key Responsibilities:
- Carry out general house maintenance tasks, including electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Work independently and as part of a team to prioritize tasks and ensure timely completion.
- Be proactive in identifying and addressing maintenance issues.
- Feed the family dogs, run errands, and perform other tasks as required.
- Drive a company-provided vehicle.
Requirements:
- Essential driver with a valid license.
- Real knowledge of electrical, plumbing, and carpentry work.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Discreet and professional attitude.
What We Offer:
- Negotiable salary from 50k to 55k gross per annum, depending on experience.
- 5-day working week, 40-45 hours.
- Daily basis role.
