Software Engineer (ML) Opportunity

We are seeking a seasoned Machine Learning Engineer with a background in software development and a history of crafting production-level applications. This is a permanent, full-time position with a 2-year term.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Enhance our NLP and General AI systems to streamline operational processes
  • Architect and code General AI application frameworks
  • Refine and oversee existing ML and data transformation workflows, including ML Ops management
  • Implement LLM and General AI automations to elevate the customer experience
  • Oversee and refine existing machine learning workflows
  • Construct data transformation and inference workflows
  • Develop APIs to seamlessly integrate ML models into broader applications
  • Identify ML and Intelligent Automation prospects with the business and project teams, capturing and interpreting business needs
  • Assure the quality of machine learning code produced by peers
  • Coordinate with the IT infrastructure manager for the upkeep of Intelligent Automation infrastructure components
  • Document and agree upon development hours and story points, ensuring alignment with testing duration expectations
  • Address daily operational challenges in collaboration with the IT team, including developers, architects, administrators, and team leaders

Requirements:

  • Proficient in Python programming
  • Experience in crafting serverless workflows on Azure, AWS, or GCP
  • Skilled in developing data transformation pipelines utilizing SQL and NoSQL databases
  • Competent in establishing CI/CD pipelines using Jenkins, Azure DevOps, or GitHub Actions, and ML Ops workflows in Azure ML, SageMaker, or Vertex AI
  • Prior involvement in NLP application development is advantageous
  • Familiar with agile development methodologies
  • Able to estimate project costs and development timelines
