Lead Project Manager

Overview: Parkside Recruitment is looking for a seasoned Project Manager to enhance European Business Operations by delivering Project Leadership within the Supply Chain & Technical Operations Team.
Role Requirements: This position operates in a hybrid environment, necessitating occasional travel across Europe.
Key Responsibilities:
- Deliver technical guidance and assistance during the introduction of new products, assessment of business opportunities, and resolution of challenges within manufacturing and supply chain processes for both new and existing products.
- Oversee and support a variety of Supply Chain and Technical Projects and initiatives aimed at bolstering European Business Operations, which includes:
- Assessing project scope, resource needs, budget, business justification, and timelines for initiatives.
- Forming and leading cross-functional project teams that include both internal and external experts.
- Creating and monitoring comprehensive project plans, identifying critical paths, key milestones, and external dependencies.
- Providing leadership and management to ensure timely and budget-compliant project delivery.
- Managing project sponsors and stakeholders by developing a clear and consistent reporting approach across all organizational levels.
- Directing supply chain and technical work streams to facilitate the registration and commercialization of new products and market entries.
- Designing and implementing systems and methodologies to ensure an efficient, consistent, and transparent project management approach.
Qualifications:
- A Bachelor's degree in Science, Engineering, or a related field.
- Over 5 years of experience in Project Management or Leadership in a senior capacity within the Pharmaceutical sector.
- Extensive knowledge of pharmaceutical development, licensing, and commercialization processes, including GxP Compliance, Regulatory Affairs, and Supply Chain/External Manufacturing & Distribution.
- Project Management Professional (PMP) or PRINCE II certifications are advantageous but not mandatory.
