Job Description

We are seeking a skilled Construction Quantity Control Specialist to support the commercial and financial aspects of our projects and contracts.

The successful candidate will ensure that projects are completed on time, within budget, and meet legal and quality assurance requirements.

Main Responsibilities:

  • Support the estimation of materials, time, and labour costs for various studies.
  • Set up budgets, produce bi-monthly valuations, appoint subcontractors, and make payments to maintain close cost control.
  • Process weekly and monthly payments efficiently and resolve any disputed items.
  • Presentation of site valuations to the Board of Directors on a bi-monthly basis.
  • Production of accurate and timely valuation reports and management information.
  • Ensure compliance with the Group Health, Safety and Environment Policy to meet health and safety standards.

Requirements:

  • Experience in the house building industry is desirable.
  • Familiarity with Microsoft Office software, including Excel and Word.
  • Relevant qualifications or working towards equivalent certifications.
