LTF Recruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Behaviour Mentor to join their support staff in a key stage 2 and 3 setting. The ideal candidate will have a passion for working within education and a proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide opportunities to progress academically, socially, and emotionally
  • Lead by example as a role model
  • Offer guidance and mentoring
  • Provide a safe environment to learn
  • Deal with challenging or disruptive behaviour

Candidate Requirements:

  • Experience working with special educational needs as a teacher or carer
  • A passion for working within education
  • A proactive approach to supporting students with diverse needs
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills to engage with students, staff, and families
  • Up to date safeguarding training

Eligibility Criteria:

  • Hold Right to Work in the UK
  • Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
  • Provide two professional child-related references that cover the last 2 years
