The Financial Planning and Reporting Team at CHM is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Assistant Finance Business Partner to join their team. This is a hybrid role, requiring occasional travel to the headquarters in Sandy.

About the Role

The successful candidate will support the Finance Business Partners and Senior Reporting Accountant in the production of weekly and monthly financial reports, as well as general management accounts duties.

Key Responsibilities
  • Support the production of financial reports and general management accounts duties
  • Complete reconciliations and maintain records for budget monitoring and forecasting
  • Investigate variances and maintain finance systems
  • Build relationships within the finance team and resolve queries with non-finance specialists
  • Work at pace with minimal supervision and prioritize tasks to meet deadlines
Requirements
  • AAT level 4 qualification or CIMA/ACCA part-qualified
  • Proficient in using Microsoft 365, particularly Excel
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks effectively
