Job Summary:

We are seeking highly skilled Disaster Recovery Specialists to join our team at The Brass Tap Inc. In this role, you will be responsible for responding to water damage emergencies and restoring residential and commercial properties to their pre-loss condition.

As a key member of our team, you will have the opportunity to work with state-of-the-art equipment and software, including MICA and other proprietary tools. You will also be responsible for removing damaged materials, performing moisture mapping, and documenting losses.

The estimated salary for this position is $60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience. We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including weekly pay, bonus opportunities, PTO, holiday pay, healthcare/dental insurance, vision, and a generous 401(k) program with company match.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Complete pack-out and pack-in of customer's contents, documented and brought back to the warehouse for cleaning and restoration.
  • Assist with the pick-up, transportation, and delivery of household goods/equipment.
  • Disassemble and reassemble furniture items.
  • Perform disaster response, emergency mitigation, water extraction, structural drying, and demolition, following IICRC standards.
  • Perform moisture mapping and loss documentation, utilizing MICA and other proprietary software.
  • Remove drywall, carpets, insulation, etc.
  • Drive company vehicles, including water trucks, trailers, and machinery.
