About the Team

Amazon Freight Operations is the Pan-European control center for Amazon Freight's Shipper Support and Transportation Execution. Our team is responsible for planning and scheduling transport orders placed by our customers and providing them with support at each step of their journey.

Requirements

  • Advanced proficiency in written and verbal English (B2 CEFR).
  • Relevant experience in communicating with stakeholders, including peers and leadership.
  • Experience working with the MS Office suite in a professional environment.
  • Relevant experience in analysing data and creating reports for leadership.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Relevant experience in process improvement techniques, including kaizen, gemba, and process mapping.
  • Relevant experience in a logistical working environment.
