Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and manage all learning initiatives, including onboarding, compliance training, professional qualifications, and CPD programmes, with a focus on DEI and wellbeing.
  • Oversee the annual L&D curriculum, ensuring efficient planning, scheduling, and execution of internal and external learning events.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external learning providers, ensuring top-tier programme quality through regular assessments.
  • Oversee the L&D budget and track ROI using MI data.
  • Develop and manage tailored programmes for early careers, including internships, graduate schemes, apprenticeships, and work experience opportunities.
  • Partner with senior leadership to design customised learning solutions that address talent needs and drive business growth.
  • Ensure all regulatory training requirements are met across the business.
  • Provide leadership and mentorship to the Senior L&D Coordinator, fostering growth and development within the team.
  • Build strong relationships with key stakeholders across the organisation, sharing insights and knowledge to support ongoing learning and development initiatives.

Our ideal candidate will have a proven track record in learning and development, ideally within financial services or insurance. Expertise in developing and implementing strategies for DEI, wellbeing, and early careers is also essential.
